Injectable Services
Botox®, XEOMIN®, and Dysport®
Botox® Cosmetic, the most popular non-invasive cosmetic procedure in the US, is an injection treatment that can be performed in many areas of the face to visibly reduce the appearance of wrinkles. In addition to the cosmetic benefits, Botox Cosmetic may also be used for a handful of therapeutic purposes. Dysport®and XEOMIN ® both also a great solution for wrinkles.
Juvéderm® and Restylane®
These dermal fillers are less invasive and are injected into specific areas of the face to reduce the appearance of moderate to severe wrinkles. Appropriate for a variety of patients, certain fillers can be used to treat issues from nasolabial folds to “marionette lines” at the corners of the mouth. Other fillers are used to plump the lips and reduce the wrinkles around them, or instantly volumize the cheeks.
Sculptra®
As we age, our facial volume decreases and makes us look older. Patients with excellent fitness can look older because of their thin faces. Sculptra is a facial volumizing agent that can restore lost volume that may last up to two years.
Kybella®
Kybella® is a non-surgical treatment now being offered at In My Own Skin Med Spa. It is used to improve the appearance and profile of moderate to severe fat below the chin. It eliminates fat cells for people that have submental fullness aka “double chin”. The cause of submental fullness can be a combination of weight gain, genetics or aging. Every patient varies on the amount of treatments needed, and Dr. Burgess will be able to help decide that. A treatment session can last 15-20 minutes and the exact number of injections depends on the amount of fat in the area.
Silhouette Instalift™
Silhouette Instalift is a break through technology procedure helpful in lifting deeper layers of the facial skin. This is beneficial in diminishing the appearance of aging. Great for both men and women who want a more immediate improvement through a minimally invasive procedure.
